Breakfast Ideas
Note - The point of breakfast is to fill up offering hunger satisfaction for a long period with nutritious slow energy release calories. As such, meal ideas are energy and calorie dense, thus, you don't require volume. So please keep your meals low in volume. Add warm drinks (coffee, tea etc) to interest. I also recommend adding a morning glass of psyllium husk.

Egg & Av on Soy

Method
Fry eggs (add a little coconut oil to the pan), toast soy-linseed bread, slice and spread avocado on toast, and add a little feta. Throw on your egg/s, squeeze a little lemon (fresh is best), drizzle a little Olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Bacon & Eggs

Method
Pan fry bacon & eggs (adding a little coconut oil to pan), toast soy-linseed bread. Add eggs & bacon to toast adding chopped basal & tomoato. Consider adding a little tomato relish to liven up.

Soy - linseed bread
Method
Add tbpn of butter to fry pan, adding sliced onion cooking for 3 mins. Microwave 'ended' beans for 40 seconds adding to pan along with chopped mushrooms. Add seasalt and garlic (jarred) adding prosciutto when almost ready to top on soy-linseed toast. Adding basal would be a nice addition.
