Note - The point of lunch is prevent a late afternoon drop in blood sugar, and more so, a drop in your mental & physical energy. Satisfying your hunger to the point forgetting about food leading into your evening meal is our goal. Poor food choices, namely: processed and preserved sugar & grained riddled choices from be furthest thing from your mind. Again, we're opting for enrgy dense fulfilling choices, so, be certain to keep th volume low. However, pending your exercise interest, eat, slowly, and to hunger satisfaction.

Method
Steam up your veggies the night before (adding butter to taste), cooling and containing. Heat up your bird, throwing in bird along with some slivered almonds & cashews with the veggies. Add tasty zingy tomato relish.

Cook bacon as normal. Chop leaf (cos, basal, corriander - mix it up), add nuts & shallots, include a dob of mayo. Be certain volume meets your satiation - don't be left hungry, a result of big leaf buffing up disguished volume.
