  • 🏃‍♂️ Design a flat ~ 25 metre straight track.
    🏃‍♂️ I recommend mixing up your surface; hard, grass, track, etc (NOT sand).
    🏃‍♂️ An easy ~ 10 min sub-DTI warm up & warm down works well.
    🏃‍♂️ Run through each drill, e.g high pull ups for 25 metres/ then, run super easily back to the start/ repeat x 5 etc etc...
