RESPECT PROGRAM for Women.
Who: A strength/toning program for 'all' women.
What: Annie and Ellie post three new 15-minute resistance training exercise routines every month (2025). Ideally, you should rotate through all three sessions each month.
How: Grab your appropriate dumbbell set, press play and follow along.
Why: All exercise is valuable and critical for optimal mind and body health. However, based on my observations and data from over 30 years in the health field, I've found that regular and appropriate resistance exercise provides the most significant benefits for most women. While I love and promote all forms of cardio, stretching routines, and breath work, controlled resistance training on muscles and bones seems to drive hormonal, metabolic, and mental balance the most.
Therefore, if you dislike gyms, can't attend pilates, or have little knowledge of how to proceed, I highly recommend practising the girls' sessions on your own time.
Continuity is king @ 3 x 15-minute sessions every week, for all of 2025.
