How it works!
1. Grab a pair of 'your' appropriate dumbbells - pencils will do if you're starting out.
2. Rotate through the three (~15 minute) sessions; say, Mon, Weds, and Fri, and then repeat the following week.
3. Mark off your completion via the attached calendar and forward it to BP each month for your continued motivation.
4. We'll post three new sessions for your interest each month.
At 12 sessions a month (yes, you can train every day if you like), that's a whopping 144 sessions at year's end! Go for it!
