How it works!
1. Grab a pair of 'your' appropriate dumbbells - pencils will do if you're starting out.
2. Rotate through the three (~15 minute) sessions; say, Mon, Weds, and Fri, and then repeat the following week.
3. We'll post three new sessions for your interest each month.
At 12 sessions a month (and yes, you can train every day if you like), that's a whopping 144 sessions at year's end! Go girl!
