“In 2023, my daughter Eleanore was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour called Posterior Fossa Ependymoma. She was only two years old at the time. Since then, she has undergone six surgeries, 31 rounds of radiation, and three months of chemotherapy”. Eleanore considers SCH to be a home and a safe place.

Despite Eleanore's unwavering strength and the extraordinary community at the Sydney Children's Hospital, she will now spend her time as comfortably as possible.
To honour Eleanore’s strength and support the Sydney Children's Hospital in helping ill children and their families, we're organizing a charity ride through the Snowy Mountains.
We would like you to consider joining our tribute peloton.
