This project will prove most people can thrive on half the calories they consider necessary. Retraining the appetite (brain) to work off fewer calories, limit unnecessary carbs/sugars, is possible when exposed to endless heavily advertised poor choices, boredom, tiredness, and limited cooking appliances.

🍴 hydrate first, and serve only the low-portion fulfilling meal.
🍴 prioritise the protein portion first, then (good) fat & carbs.
🍴 favour simple & repeatable meals.
🍴 eliminate unfulfilling refined sugar food.
🍴 leverage caffeine, mineral hydration, protein & good fats to appease the appetite with fewer calories.
