How it works!
1. It's broken into 4 distinct dietary phases.
P1 - The Gut Cleanse (4 days)
P2 - The Gut Re-build (2 days)
P3 - Driving Healthy Ketosis (6 days)
P4 - Caloric Re-balance (6 days).
2. Choose & design your meals from the lists, only.
Expect whole true food only - zero food additives, enhancement or preservation.
3. Base your meal volume on your enduring appetite.
The ingredients are absolute, the volume could change day-to-day.
