🗹 I’ve been fit and healthy in the past.
🗹 I’ve lost my mojo, somewhat.
🗹 My clothes feel tight, well, tighter than they should.
🗹 Some of my body parts, now, and unusually, seem to twing and twang.
🗹 I’m waking more often than I should, typically with a hotter temperature, and struggle to return to deep sleep – typically thinking of some muppet I have to deal with tomorrow.
