  • Ingredients

     
    Most Australian supermarkets supply all ingredients.
     
    🗹 5L Cereal Container, adding,
    🗹 750g ‘Quick’ (cooking) Oats.
    🗹 100g Chia Seeds.
    🗹 250g LSA mix.
    🗹 225g Moist Shredded Coconut.
    🗹 50g Cocao nibs.
    🗹 Fill the container with further oats.
  • Method

     
    Give your container a serious shake.
     
    🗹 'Start' with ~ 3/4 cup - bowled.
    🗹 Add ~ 1 cup water.
    🗹 Microwave for 2 minutes on high.
    🗹 Check the consistency - adding water...
    🗹 Add a berrie mix or dash of honey.
    🗹 Add a 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
    🗹 Play around with the your right portion.
