Back Care - 14 days Onsite (v.4)

a few movements for when your back feels like a question mark (?)
(A straight-talking guide to staying physically and mentally sharp on the Snowy job — by Brad Pamp)
.
If you’re anything like me, you’ve thrown a heap of work, training, and life into a body that’s been around the block a few times.
.
Add long stints of sitting, driving, plant rooms, desks, or cabins, and before you know it…
your back starts feeling jammed, stiff, or just “not right.”.
Nothing dramatic.
Just that dull “something’s off” feeling..

My go-to fix (when the back feels cooked):
.
Below are my three favourite, low-risk, 2-minute back-unwind movements.
They’re:
• Conservative
• Joint-friendly
• Nervous-system calming
• Designed to restore movement, not smash you
How to use them onsite!
∴ Break up your day
∴ Find a 1 × 1 metre space (beside your desk, room, or site office)
∴ Run through one or all three
∴ Spend 1–2 minutes, not 20
∴ Little resets done often beat one heroic session done rarely.
