🗹 1L Cereal Container.750gr ‘Quick’ (cooking) Oats.
🗹 60gr Chia Seeds.
🗹 60gr Linseeds (flax).60gr Slivered Almonds.
🗹 1 tspn Ground Cinnamon.
🗹 100g Shredded Coconut.
🗹 60g Sunflower seeds.
🗹 60g Goji berries.
🗹 60g Walnuts.
🗹 60g Cocao nibs.
🗹 1 tpsn Dark organic honey.
Shake up all the ingredients (except for the honey).
1) Start with 3/4 cup mix.
2) Add 3/4 cup water.
3) Microwave for 2 minutes in high.
4) Add honey.
5) Add further water to make porridge-like consistency.
Enjoy with a coffee or tea.
