Movement is medicine, but the dose matters. My activity philosophy is built around appropriate intensity, consistency, strength, resilience and long-term sustainability.

Rhythmic, consistent cardiovascular activity can improve heart, lung, metabolic and mental health. The BP approach focuses heavily on DTI — your default training intensity.
